Yes, that is snow... both blowing (~20mph± wind, -16°F!) on the ground, and on the windshield of the big-rig tractor I took this from.

I came across this in a Flying J truck stop in Cheyanne, WY. A truck driver, (not me!) possibly fatigued, had not left enough room to turn right, and the trailer had done this damage to this truck, parked at the closest end of the row to the store/fuel island, etc. This was taken as part of my series "things you don't want to see on (or near) your truck" and is part of the subset: "things you don't want your truck to have done". Taken by a Nikon D40x at ISO 450 with an 18-55mm Nikkor kit lens. (at 31)
